Working Toward Zero Waste

Robust Recycling
We recycle cardboard, metal, paper, glass, and accepted plastic products, and we recycle uncommon items—such as batteries and printer cartridges—wherever possible.
Food Waste Prevention
Albi is an initiative aimed at reducing food waste, primarily focused on educating college students about the impact of their food consumption choices.
Proactive Prevention
We use tracking and forecasting tools to proactively identify food waste trends in order to alter our preparation accordingly.

Nimble Farms
Established in 2023, this is the second Nimble Farms location. Olean's farm features seven containers farms attached to the former Olean Times Herald building, transforming a symbol of traditional media into a beacon of sustainable food production.
Torrey Farms, Inc.
